Vanityfire Photography is a digital photography portrait business based in Austin, Texas offering creative portraits and branding packages for Women Business Owners, Visionaries, Heart-Centered Entrepreneurs, Wellness Professionals and Purposeful Soul Workers.   I can help you craft your online presence with fantastic photos that radiate your best self. Frequently asked questions

Q. Do you offer print services?

A. I offer digital photos only. I will deliver your final choices to you in a downloadable, sharable gallery in Dropbox with two versions of each image, print and web ready. I'm happy to refer you to my favorite printing services on my Resources and Recommendations page.

Q. Do you offer studio photography as well as on location?

A. Yes! We can make an appointment to meet at my studio.  We can also meet on a mutually decided upon location depending on the scope and vision of the project or creative portrait session.

Q. How can I pay for my session with you?

A. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve a date, and for consultation and planning. Remainder is due at the end of the session. I accept checks, cash, PayPal, and credit cards. 

Q. What can I expect after the shoot?

A. I will forward you proofs to choose your favorite images included in your package. Additional images over the amount included in the package are $25 each. Once I receive your choices, turn around time is 10-14 days.

Q. What if I need my photos quicker than your regular deliver time? 

A. There is a $150 rush fee for a 48-72 hour turn around. We can discuss your needs at the time of booking.

Q. Do I have to pay extra for specific usage or licensing? 

A. These portraits are of you and your business for you! I am happy to give you unlimited usage for all of your business and promotional needs.

Q. Do you retouch the photos?

A. I retouch all of the images using Photoshop & Lightroom. I'm happy to talk to you about specific things that you would like done. I take great care in retouching because I want everyone to love the final product. I can also deliver Black & White and/or other filters on the final favorites.

Q. Are you willing to travel outside of Austin, TX, for a project?

A. Yes! I am open to documenting retreats, workshops, events, and business needs upon availability. Contact me for travel pricing, depending on the location and time involved.

Q. Do you have photo session events in other states?

A. Yes! I have a few planned throughout the year. Please check my Mini Sessions & Specials page to see if I'm coming to a city near you. I can plan something with you if you have a specific idea or need individual portraits of your group, team, or gathering. 

Q. What if I really hate getting my picture taken and keep using the same photo online from 5 years ago?

A. I would love to show you that this process can be fun and easy, as well as give you an updated look you deserve.
